We are seeking an Exam Proctor to assist with the administration of written and computer-based student exams. This is an entry level role, no experience required! The Exam Proctor will be based onsite/residentially and will support our Twin Cities nursing programs. This position can serve our ACEN-accredited Bloomington ADN program from any one of our metro locations (Bloomington main campus, or Blaine or Lake Elmo off-campus instructional site(s)), or can serve our CCNE-accredited pre-licensure BSN program from our Bloomington campus. Responsibilities: Distribute examination materials to candidates. Monitor test rooms and help to enforce time limits and compliance with other examination procedures including the taking of fingerprints and arranging the seating of candidates. Answer questions concerning examination procedures, discrepancies in test booklets, and other routine matters. Collect, check, and count examination materials. Report rule violations and/or unusual occurrences during examinations to supervisor. Check candidates' identification. Notify appropriate personnel when test equipment malfunctions occur. Score examinations and input data into exam database. Serve as a receptionist at performance tests and interviews. Read routine instructions to candidates. Transport highly confidential test materials from one location to another. Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, processing correspondence, maintaining files, and distributing mail. Other duties as assigned. Reporting Relationships: The Nursing Exam Proctor reports to the School of Nursing Area Dean. Requirements: High School Diploma Experience using computer-based programs and comfortable working with basic technology Experience facilitating group activities a plus
