Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing administrative support and for representing the company professionally and enthusiastically to all customers – both internally and externally. The position will primarily support our West Fargo facilities while providing support as needed throughout the Fargo/West Fargo locations.
Essential Functions:
Conducts general office activities such as timely routing of phone calls, delivery of mail/messages, and maintaining the appearance of the office area.
General office duties: filing, creating and replacing badges, handing out eye glass forms, preparing new employee materials, etc.
Assist with administrative duties such as coordination of travel, creating associate badges, generating, entering and filing confidentiality agreements, creating and distributing company-wide postings, monitoring of general company email and fax inboxes, coordinating services for office equipment, preparing HR documents, updating communication boards and managing office supply levels.
Execute milestone and recognition programs.
Facilitate generation of the monthly scorecards, weekly status reports and planning documents.
Maintain databases and spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency, compiling reports as needed, etc.
Coordinate visits with various vendors for departments throughout the buildings.
Organize events and catering along with lining up vendors.
Provides support for various HR and operations projects or tasks as needed/requested.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents, programs, information, etc, is maintained at all times.
Promote company values, culture and vision throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
Customer service experience is required
Requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to learn manufacturing software (ICIM) and ability to produce professional correspondence
Strong organizational skills required, as is demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
Flexibility, willingness and ability to quickly respond to changing priorities in a timely manner is required
Must possess a strong respect for the heightened level of confidentiality required in this role
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
Must be able to maintain composure during difficult situations and during high volume work periods.
Schedule:
This role will be a full-time position working 8:00am-4:30pm
