Position Description: This position will be a welcoming first experience to our firm- greeting clients and guests as they arrive. You will also provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks including answering the phone, formatting, proofing, binding, copying, scanning, filing, mailing, creating PDFs. This position is a support function for the entire market and will accordingly, work on a variety of tasks (e.g. scheduling and general administrative support for leadership).
