The Candidate Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing support to candidates and talent acquisition through pre-hire and post-hire activities. Additionally, the Candidate Experience Coordinator facilitates personalized support while leveraging digital and physical experiences that enhance the overall process.
Ensure candidate experience aligns with Marvin values by doing the right thing, raising the bar, thinking differently, believing it’s possible and becoming stronger together.
Assist with recruitment and interview process through the scheduling of phone, video and in-person interviews.
Coordinate background, drug, physical and reference checking processes.
Arrange travel, transportation and other accommodations as needed.
Maintain vendor relationships and proactively research digital enhancements for improved candidate experience.
Guide candidates through the hiring process by setting clear expectations, providing frequent communication, and preparing them for day one
Compile, maintain, analyze, and report on candidate experience activities and supporting metrics.
Partner with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to create a strong employer brand at all candidate touchpoints.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven ability to communicate with different departments and levels within an organization, internally and externally, including executive leadership
Self-motivated and driven
Fluid and confident verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills with an ability to convey engaging, clear, and concise messages to target audiences in a variety of mediums
Demonstrated attention to detail and prioritization
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
Able to work with and maintain confidential information
Warm, enthusiastic interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Associates degree in related field
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in human resources related function. Prior recruiting experience strongly preferred.
