The Continuous Improvement Project Manager will be part of shaping and delivering Operational Excellence (OE) and driving process improvement projects across Marvin Logistics. The Continuous Improvement Project Manager reports to the Director of Enterprise Logistics and will actively support the business in developing and implementing optimization projects, defining key metrics and KPIs, and creating a logistics organization that is “best-in-class”. Key Responsibilities: Lead or participate in improvement projects in area of responsibility and provide expert problem-solving support Actively support the roll-out of Continuous Improvement projects across the Marvin organization Work with the leadership team to build a robust performance management system Use statistical analysis and Lean Methodologies to identify improvements across the Enterprise Logistics network Assign metrics and goals for the Enterprise Logistics group to benchmark success Work as a project manager to ensure timelines and milestones are met for all critical projects and improvement opportunities Education, Training and Experience: Bachelors or Higher degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, or related field 5+ Years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence / Lean Management / Six Sigma 5+ Years of Project and/or Program Management experience Direct Marvin experience a plus Relevant experience in manufacturing setting Understanding of latest logistics technology and systems Knowledge of best practice approaches to transformational and cultural change Coaching and training skills with the ability to motivate and engage on an individual and a team level Strong communication and analytical skills Flexibility and willingness to travel
