Job Purpose:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing front office support and for representing the company professional and enthusiastically to all internal and external customers.
Essential Functions:
Conducts general Front Office activities such as timely routing of phone calls, delivery of mail/messages, and maintaining the appearance of the lobby and front office area
Perform data entry of information to maintain databases or spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency, compiling reports as needed
Administers various safety-related activities such as inspection program tracking and safety trainings communications
Provides support for company tasks as needed
Assist with administrative duties such as coordination of travel, creating associate badges, generating, entering and filing confidentiality agreements, creating and distributing company-wide postings, candidate follow ups, monitoring of general company email and fax inboxes, preparing documents, and managing office supply levels
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents, programs, information, etc, is maintained
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred
Customer service experience required
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office programs, photo editor, database management, etc.
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
Willingness and ability to respond in a timely manner to incoming assistance requests
Strong respect for level of confidentiality required
