Department is looking for a nurse who has a passion for nursing on Medical Unit and will help achieve our aim which is to provide high quality, compassionate nursing care while being cost effective and enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required. The RN must complete their BSN within five years of hire date. WI RN License is required. Effective teamwork, critical thinking and communication skills required. Previous CNA or RN experience preferred. Certification for Specialty within one year of eligibility, ACLS within six months and PALS within one year are required. BLS is required. JOB DUTIES: Responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Bellin Health Home Care Equipment (previously Bel-Regional Home Medical, Inc.) – Provides durable home medical and respiratory equipment that has been approved for home use. By working in conjunction with physicians, the professionally trained staff helps select the proper equipment according to each patient’s personal needs. Equipment is delivered to the home, where instructions and materials are provided on the operation and use of the equipment. Continuity of care is assured through education and communication with the physician.

Bellin Home Health Agency – Works with area physicians to help their patients maintain an independent lifestyle through assistance. Some of the services offered include skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and the delivery of home health aide services.
