About Bridges MN

In 2003, Blake Elliott and his family were propelled into the disability services industry when his younger brother was in a car accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury. As a result of his brother’s accident, Blake became dedicated to learning more about the disability industry. After spending twelve years in the industry, Blake decided to start an organization that could help the most vulnerable adults, who have historically had few options. In summer of 2015, he partnered with Ross Denne and together they founded Bridges.Today, Bridges is a thriving organization of over 1300 employees that work around the clock to support and empower our residents to achieve goals that will empower them to live their most independent life. Our goal is to support individuals with disabilities in anyway that we can. Whether the resident is in need of 1 hour of service per day to the individuals who need multiple staff around the clock. We want to help all individuals, no matter how complex the set of needs. We discover who each person is, where they want to live, how they want to live, what limitations they may have, and how to best support them. Once we have these answers, we create a plan that is unique to each specific person. An amazing thing about this company is the benefits! All employees are eligible for PTO, 401K and profit sharing. Full-time employees are eligible for free childcare in St. Paul, and medical/dental/vision. This is not something that you can find in a ton of companies, which is why Bridges MN wants to provide some of the best benefits for all their employees.
