This is a technical and analytical position, providing business review, coordination and information system report generation and quality control. This position acts as a subject matter expert in software systems such as Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP), permitting, asset management, work orders, service requests, and will coordinate improvements and database management with the Information Technology (IT) department of Marion County.

Education and Experience

Bachelor degree from four-year college or university with major course work in management information systems; three years' experience and/or training in analysis, programming, or computer systems, two of which must have been in a lead worker or supervisory capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using SQL and Crystal reporting required. Formal training in current billing systems and databases preferred.

Licenses or Certifications

Possession of a vaild State of Florida driver's license to operate a motor vehicle. Must successfully pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check.
