As a Licensed Mental Health Professional at Fraser, you hold a Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline and a clinical licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LISW) in this field.

Our experienced therapists support children, adolescents and families through these difficult times by providing Day Treatment services, groups, individual and family therapy with a wide range of diagnosis including but not limited to trauma, reactive attachment, autism-co-occurring. Therapy services are provided in clinic or via telehealth. 

Opportunities:

  • All Outpatient Caseload, mainly providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents and teens with a possibility to add groups
  • Split Pre-School Day Treatment (group) and Outpatient (individual and family therapy) caseload
  • Split Adolescent Day Treatment (group and Outpatient (individual and family therapy) caseload
  • Pre-school Day Treatment Service Lead position, oversee 3-4 group rooms and provide coaching and mentoring, in addition to carrying a small outpatient caseload. 

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing personalized, responsive client treatment plans
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy and skills training
  • Perform crisis interventions
  • Welcome new clients and conduct diagnostic assessments
  • Collaborate and communicate with parents, county workers, social workers
  • Documentation

Schedule & Pay: 

  • Standard business hours, flexible scheduling options, part-time available
  • Starting annual salary is $71,000, actual salary offer will depend on qualifications (DOQ)
  • $3,000 Hiring bonus for external new hires!
  • Position eligible to receive annual bonus for exceeding productivity expectations, in addition to pay for performance

Qualifications:

  • Completed Master's degree and currently hold and active independent licensure.
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children or adolescents, preferably in a clinical setting
