We have IMMEDIATE openings for ENTRY LEVEL Direct Support Professionals in various group home locations around the Twin Cities Area. Hourly pay rate: $16.00, $1,250 Hiring Bonus! $500 bonus for each referral start

Weekend shift differential ($1.00 added to base pay rate for hours worked 10pm Friday through 9am Monday). 

Shifts: We have many flexible schedules, and full & part-time opportunities

Locations: Numerous locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro – North, South, East and West.

As a Direct Support Professional at Fraser, you will be responsible for:

  • Medication administration
  • Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
  • Money management
  • Treatment documentation
  • Personal cares (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes
  • Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)
  • Planning and transportation to/from activities
  • Community integration

Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record (non-driving roles also available).
  • Ability to pass DHS background study.
  • Passion for serving our clients.
