Fraser is growing! We are currently hiring for part-time or full-time employees for our rapidly growing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Program! $2,000 hiring bonus.

We are seeking to hire Behavior Technicians in various locations around the Twin Cities Area for our rapidly growing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Program! Pay Rate: $16.00 - $19.71

Hiring Bonus: $2,000

Location: Bloomington, Burnsville, Brooklyn Center, Coon Rapids, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Minneapolis, Woodbury

Opening Soon: New Clinic in St. Cloud coming Fall of 2022!

Shifts: We have positions available anywhere from 16 hours, to 40 hours per week.

  • Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Part-Time: Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

About the Behavior Technician Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you will help shape the future of individuals by providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy and related services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will enjoy creating and working in a fun, playful setting to help individuals close the gap by teaching the social, behavioral and daily living skills they need to succeed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • You may have an Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, an advanced degree, or a BCBA as well; we have opportunities available for staff with a variety of backgrounds and education so please apply to learn more
