Position Overview:
The Care Coordination Office Assistant is an in-office role providing administrative support to the Care Coordination and engagement teams. This position will be responsible for managing the phones, faxes, and incoming mail for the department, as well as provide support to the engagement team through outgoing mailings and data entry. Additionally, this position will ensure proper and timely routing/re-routing of various calls, messages, and documents as appropriate to ensure they can be addressed by the correct party. This individual will also be coordinating office supply orders for the team.
