Position Overview:

Join us in this remote role as an Administrative Associate, Clinical Shared Services. This position will provide ongoing administrative support of our medical teams working in the field. 

Responsibilities:

• Functioning both independently and collaboratively with Providers, Clinical Assistants, and other Operations Associates to ensure daily team needs are being met
• Performs accurate data entry of patient health care information
• Uploads, enters and assigns patient certifications and re-certifications
• Assists family members with Bridge registration & use as needed
• Responding to calls from Bluestone business partners, (home health companies, DME and hospice) regarding required paperwork, follow up as needed
• Sort fax inboxes to attach inbound documents to appropriate patients and assigning to appropriate provider
• Adhere to document sorting guidelines and control for duplicate requests
• Monitor incoming Provider to Provider documents, and route accordingly
