SUMMARY: Utilizes specialized skills, judgment, and knowledge to perform nursing care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Provides care for persons who are ill, injured, or experiencing alterations in normal health processes. All such nursing care is given with the oversight of a registered nurse.
Required Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing, or equivalent military training
Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Practical Nurse license with eligibility to work in the state of Missouri; BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross); IV Certification
Preferred Experience: Acute care hospital experience; telemetry/cardiac experience
Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: ACLS
