We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join the AIGC team within Amazon Advertising Human Resources team as a Principal Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
In this position, you will be a part of a team that supports the talent strategy for AdPT. You will partner with senior leadership to develop and execute on HR priorities that move the business forward and enhance the overall employee experience. You will collaborate across global business leadership teams, HR teams, and cross-functional business partners to define and advance the people strategies of these businesses. This includes oversight for developing and optimizing people-centered processes while also de-risking the go-forward operations, looking around corners to enable success both in the short-term and longer-term. You will have an opportunity to participate in and lead HR projects and initiatives at the business level as well as more broadly across AIGC.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional and thought leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has the proven ability to implement and optimize HR programs and processes, and thrives at partnering with all levels of business leadership to define and execute against a robust talent strategy. As a visible, value-added business partner, you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and engaging on a hands-on basis with individuals and teams. This role requires strong business acumen, executive coaching skills, excellent communications skills, strategic thinking capabilities, the ability to prioritize, and strong project management skills.
