Fraser is currently seeking experienced group home supervisors with strong decision making skills and who are able to manage their time well to get tasks done accurately and efficiently. This position requires individuals to be self-motivated. Applicants with strong communication skills and experience coordinating services are strongly desired. We are currently offering a $1000 Hiring Bonus in our Community Living Leadership position. (Available for external new hires)
Responsibilities:
In our Community Living program you will provide supervision and leadership to direct care staff working in our Supervised or Supportive living home setting. You will be providing direct cares to our clients and supervisory duties. You will comply with all regulations, policies, day-to-day operations, and budgetary parameters of Fraser's Community Living division. You will also develop and assure documentation of outcome-based recommendations, coordinated service and support plan addendums, and individual behavior/therapeutic plans for each client served, in addition to assuring accurate implementation of those plans.

We have various locations across the metro with various schedules. Typically Monday-Friday and business hours.
All schedules are fulltime with benefits. Some current schedules include-
Plymouth: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, 7am-3pm
New Hope: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
Golden Valley: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm or 10am 6pm
Bloomington: Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm
Richfield: Sunday 10am-6pm, Monday-Thursday 1-9pm
Edina and Eden Prairie: TBD
Requirements for the Assistant Coordinator and Associate Coordinator position
1. A desire to grow within the organization
2. Valid Drivers License, can pass Motor Vehicle Background Check, and have auto insurance
3. Some supervisory experience
4. Can qualify for Designated House Coordinator position within six months to a year.
