We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team.   

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

• Assisting in the delivery of outpatient clinic health care
• Answer phones, returning phone calls, crisis triage
• Paperwork processing for schools, human services, etc.
• Prior authorizations of medications
• Rooming patients
• Maintaining clinical records and documentation

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of patient care standards and practices normally acquired through graduation from an accredited MA program or five years’ equivalence in medical assistant experience. 
• Current Medical Assistant Certification or Registration REQUIRED or obtained within 6 months of hire
• Current CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire – REQUIRED
