Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Working 72-80 hours every two weeks
• Sartell Clinic location
• Shifts include: Mon-Fri 7:00am to 5:00pm
• No evenings, weekends or holidays

Current Offerings:

• In lieu of our employee benefits, this position can earn a flat rate of $38.00/hour (LPN) or $35.00/hour (CMA) for up to 12 months*
  or
• Pay rate based on experience with a minimum rate of $18.57 (LPN); $18.25/hour (CMA)
  • $2,500 (LPN); $2,000 (CMA) sign-on bonus**
  • employee benefits (including medical/dental coverage and PTO)

Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers, and assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or American Medical Technologists (AMT) accredited school
  OR
  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification within 3 months of exam date
  OR
  Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in the State of Minnesota required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.

*Accelerated rate requirements: To be eligible for the accelerated rate you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible position. By accepting the accelerated rate, you will forego benefits, including paid time off, medical, and dental insurance, retirement and more. This is a temporary rate and position that will last for 12 months or less. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire. The accelerated rate cannot be combined with other pay programs to include sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance
