Responsibilities
Prepares and provides the highest quality and safest food possible
Follows standardized recipes and guidelines for cooks to prepare, store and use food
Maintains labeling and storage of food, equipment, and machinery
Performs washing and cleaning duties to insure sanitation
Operates equipment such as mixers, slicers, kettles, ovens, food grinders, and more
